Amira Liveaboard is one of the largest Liveaboards in Indonesia with an impressive 52 meters in length; Amira is a traditional built Phinisi which is equipped with state of the art equipment. Amira Liveaboard offers Scuba Diving trips in Komodo National Park and Raja Ampat, as well as special tours to other parts of Indonesia on request, which are exceptional and unique to Amira Liveaboard. Amira can comfortably accommodate up to 19 guests in 9 Double/Twin Cabins and one additional single cabin. All Cabins are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning to make sure your time is comfortable.
The Dive Deck is very well designed and spacious, with each guest having their tank location during there time onboard. There are several rinse tanks and a large well-equipped camera room. All Scuba Diving activities utilize the three tendors, which are all equipped with radios and emergency equipment if needed. Each diver will be issued there own ENOS tracking system, in the unlikely event of an emergency. If you are looking to extend your knowledge during your time on board, you can take the Nitrox Course, which means you can take full advantage of using Nitrox on your dives.
Amira Liveaboard takes safety very seriously and was the first Liveaboard in Indonesia to be equipped with an electronic emergency and tracking system; Amira felt this is necessary due to some of the Scuba Diving conditions that can be experienced in these locations. Your Cruise Director is Bruno Hopff, who is originally from Switzerland and speaks German, English, French, and Indonesian. As the founder and co-owner of Amira, he has over seven years of experience living and diving in Indonesia and, along with his crew, aims to deliver the highest level of service and hospitality on board.
