We organize our cruise to suit every need, without compromises.
For the divers, we propose up to 3 dives per day, sometimes 4 dives/day with a night dive.
Activities for non-divers and divers include snorkeling, kayaking and Stand up Paddle, trekking, pristine beach discovery, village discovery, bird and animals watching. All locations are carefully selected.
All activities are guided, including snorkeling. We also propose Yoga/breathing/relaxation and Free Diving activities on demand, with highly qualified and experienced teachers.
Wish lists are sent to the guests 2 months before departure and detailed programs are issued to the guests one month before departure.
We also send our Carnet de Board 2 months before departure, with a compilation of useful and practical information related to the Cruise.
Day one - Arrival and Pulau Sebayur
We pick up Guests at Labuan Bajo airport or Hotel in the morning then board in the port of Labuan Bajo. General and Safety Presentation will be held by the Cruise Director. Will then sail to Pulau Sebayur Kecil for one refresh dive/snorkeling/beach and then sail to Pulau Kaaba / Rinca for bats watching at the end of the afternoon. Anchor/overnight at Pulau Kaaba.
One key experience of the day
This dive is a refreshing dive at Sebayur Kecil, easy dive for everyone to test the equipment, refresh the dive skills, and get familiar with the facilities. The non-divers can enjoy the nice snorkeling in the coral garden or visit the beautiful nearby beaches.
Day 2 - Komodo Dragon and Pulau Padar
Early morning, Jakare sails to Pulau Kambing. A visit of the Komodo Dragons (Varanus Komodoensis) at LohBuaya / Rinca is then organized. Then we propose to refresh and swim at Pulau Kambing. We then sail to Pulau Tengah for dive/snorkeling session there then heads south to Pulau Padar where diving is organized in the afternoon (Pillarsteen or the Three Sisters). Anchoring and overnight in PulauPadar.
One key experience of the day
Transport from Vessel to shore at LohBuaya will be done via Dinghy and guests will be welcomed by the rangers at the little pier and brought to the national park office where the rangers will give us instructions. Guided by one of the rangers, the amazing walk in the Pulau Rinca savannah will last between 30min to 2 hours depending on the circuit chosen. Komodo dragons and wild animals like wild boar or deer are commonly observed close to the rangers station and in the wild.
Diving is proposed at Pulau Tengah Kecil and three sisters
Day 3 - Pink Beach and Komodo Central
Wake up early morning and climb Padar for a fantastic sunrise over the Komodo archipelago then dive and head North and stop over in Loh Liang / Pink Beach for sessions of snorkeling, beach, and diving. We sail to Pulau Sabah where diving and snorkeling are organized and then sail to Pulau Sabita and anchor/overnight.
One key experience of the day
Dive Siaba Kecil: Siaba Kecil is a very nice drift dive, more for advanced divers. It can be done on a falling tide (reef on the right) or rising tide (reef on the left). The reef is rich in hard coral including nice sea fans and pelagic life can often be seen in the blue (Trevally, sharks). Alternatively, and from the moored at the location, various activities around the nearby small islands, sandbank, or mangroves will be organized for the non-divers.
Diving is proposed at Pilarsteen, Namo bay, SiabaBesar, or Kecil
Day 4 - Central Komodo: Manta Point and BatuBolong
Day four is dedicated to the extraordinary central komodo highlights: diving/snorkeling at Karang Makassar or Mawan with the Manta Rays, diving at lively BatuBolong and Pulau Tatawa. After the sessions, Jakaresails north to Pulau Gili Lawa for anchoring and overnight.
One key experience of the day
After a good break and good lunch on Jakare, divers will head again with the dinghies to BatuBolong (DIVE 8), one of Komodo best dives. BatuBolong is an emerging pinnacle in the middle of the channel and offers current dive on this dynamic reef facing directly the current. The soft and hard corals are really colorful and healthy, the all food chain is on open display there, from reef fishes feeding on rich waters full of nutrients to big pelagic including black tip and white tip sharks and giant trevally. Schools of yellowfins barracudas, yellow snappers, silver trevally are very common as well as dogtooth tunas. A must not be missed. Diving is proposed at KarangMakassr or Mawan, BatuBolong, and Tarawa Besar or Kecil.
Day 5 - North Komodo: Gili Lawa

The dive site is actually a passage between Gili LawaDarat and Gili LawaLaut creating an interesting topography and strong current that attracts a lot of sea life and has stunning hard coral gardens on each side of the path. Eagle ray and manta rays can be spotted there as well as lots of pelagic fishes like trevally, tunas and others. The Coldron is also home to a lot of tiny critters such as frogfishes and nudibranchs.

The dive site is large enough to accommodate all diving levels, with also a large number of small creatures to be found into the less exposed gentle slopes corals.
Diving is proposed at Castel Rock, Crystal Rock

Komodo
30 million years ago, the now-famous giant lizards of Komodo already populated this part of the islands, placed amongst the most unique on the planet. These volcanic, eroded, and sunny landscapes are full of riches both on land and under the sea.
An exceptional natural park in the heart of the Indonesian archipelago.
To be found between Asia and Oceania, is the fabulous Komodo National Park. Located between the islands of Sumbawa and Flores, the park offers you the opportunity to visit a seabed amongst one of the most beautiful in the world that will delight underwater explorers, young or old, equipped with diving bottles or a simple mask and a snorkel.
The multitude of islands reserves their share of magnificent landscapes; incredible bays, white sand beaches, and crystal-clear depths. The fauna and flora, on land or under the sea, is just exceptional and explains why the site is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Komodo archipelago enjoys a very contrasting climate. The monsoon period that spans the months of January, February, and March contrast with the rest of the year when the climate is one of the driest in Indonesia.
The Sunda Islands enjoy a diversity of religions; Sumbawa is predominantly Muslim, Flores is 85% Christian and Sumba is mostly animist. These islands are relatively poor; the communities there live mainly off fishing, agriculture, and a bit of tourism.
Flores is the most visited island; Kelimutu Volcano and its changing color lakes, the beautiful bay of Labuan Bajo, and the discovery of the Ngada people in the center of the island are some of the attractions of this place.
Itineraries remain subject to change due to unexpected natural events (like weather, sea conditions… etc) government regulations, or other factors that are not under the Company's control. The Company shall make all efforts to communicate the issues fully and carry out the program as planned or find acceptable alternatives in full consultation with the Guests. Only if the duration of the trip is adversely affected shall The Company refund the difference between the planned/agreed Trip and actual Trip.
