Aw Shucks Dive Site in

Bitung

Located near a pearl farm, this dive site is covered in coral and sponge growth, with a sandy slope and many rubbles. This is the place to witness leaf scorpionfish, cuttlefish, and nudibranchs.

The sand slope is the area where you can find leaf fish, hairy frogfish, seahorses, sea moths, and octopuses, especially mimic and wonderpus. Pipefish is exceptionally varied here, with the doubled-ended and ghost pipefish often spotted on whip corals.
