Gaya Baru Indah is a Liveaboard which has been designed and built in a traditional Indonesian style of Phinisi. Gaya Baru Indah can easily cater for up to 10 guests in her four cabins when taking a full charter and just eight guests when it is not. The cabins are a mix of Double and Twin with one cabin having four bunks, all cabins have air conditioning and fans, bathrooms are shared, and all toiletries are provided.
Gaya Baru Indah is fully equipped for diving with 2 compressors and a nitrox generator. Nitrox is free of charge on all dives. The shaded dive deck features bench seating with storage space underneath. Two RIB tenders make it easy to get to and back from the dive site. Dive groups are kept small at a maximum of 4 divers per guide to allow a unique experience for every diver. Rental gear is available. For charging there is a 220V supply with round 2-pin sockets in the hall outside the cabins. Electricity is available from 6am to 10pm. From September to April she cruises Raja Ampat, Ambon, the Banda Sea and Triton Bay. From May to August she operates in Cenderawasih Bay to explore its reefs and dive with whale sharks. Cruises last from 7 to 12 days depending on the route.
If you are looking to relax during your adventure, then there is plenty of areas around the Liveaboard to cater to this, with shaded areas and loungers. Each day your meals are freshly prepared by the onboard chef and is a mix of western and Indonesian style foods. You can also help yourself to tea, coffee, and water. The dive deck has plenty of storage area for all your equipment, rinse tanks for your cameras and diving equipment. Nitrox is provided for free during your trip.
