Day 1: The crew will transfer the Guests from Airport or Hotel to the ship. After a nice Welcome briefing by our Cruise Director, cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place - before embarking on Sorong. Guests can familiarize themselves with the vessel, set up equipment, and get comfortable.
Day 2-10: We offer 3-4 dives daily, including a night dive if possible. When crossing only 2 dives a day can be scheduled.
Day 11: Final day of diving with 1-2 scheduled dives - sailing towards Sorong Harbour.
Day 12: After breakfast and check-out, we start preparing for disembarkation in Ternate. We say goodbye to our guests and wish them farewell! The crew will organize the transfer to the Airport and assist at check-in for onward flights.
Raja Ampat
Raja Ampat, translated to the “Four Kings“, is located off the tip of Bird‘s Head Peninsula in remote New Guinea, Indonesia‘s West Papua province. Best known for its diverse underwater
landscapes on the planet, the Raja Ampat archipelago consists of four main islands Misool, Salawati, Batanta, and Waigeo, surrounded by 1,500 smaller islands. Situated in the center of the Coral Triangle, Raja Ampat is a prized crown jewel of Indonesia‘s famed waters and a global center of marine biodiversity. An epicenter for underwater adventure, the Raja Ampat archipelago is one of Indonesia‘s largest protected marine areas and is the world‘s richest coral reef ecosystem. Its vibrant waters are home to over 75% of the world‘s hard coral species, with new species discovered regularly.
The last dive will be on the penultimate day of the trip. Divers are recommended to wait for 24hours before flying after the last dive.
Sample itineraries and maps are for illustrative purposes only. The exact route and sites visited are subject to change based on local regulations, guest experience, weather, and logistics, and are at the Captain’s discretion.
