Banda Neira Jetty Dive Site in

Banda Islands

Located close to Banda Neira, the main town in Banda, this dive site is famous for its historical wrecks. In 1811, a British warship sank, and for hundreds of years, the impact has become a magnificent home for sea fans and staghorn corals, among others.

You will see angelfish, parrotfish, damselfish, and anthias happily swimming around the wreck and between the corals. For macro photography enthusiasts, pay attention to nooks around the jetties to find pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish, and mantis shrimp hiding themselves.
