In the southwestern part of Misool lies the Kaleidoscope with its sloping walls. Blanketed by different soft corals and gorgonian sea fans, this dive site is a must-visit for macro photography enthusiasts.
Small reef fish and critters like butterflyfish, angelfish, snapper, surgeonfish, damsels, and lionfish can slide in and out of the coral reefs—micro marine species like Harlequin shrimps, pipefish, and pygmy seahorse. Keep your eyes alert to find striped butterflyfish, as this is one of the endemic species in Raja Ampat.
