This small island northwest of Wetar offers walls like many dive sites scattered around the Banda Sea. Sea fans, sponges, and hard and soft corals are abundant, from brain and table corals to gorgonians in various shades.
Fish species that can be found here are triggerfish, parrotfish, butterflyfish, clownfish, angelfish, barracudas, anthias, and snappers. Turtles and small creatures like nudibranchs can also be spotted in Wetar. Large pelagic fish and mammals like manta rays, whale sharks, and different species of dolphins and whales can sometimes appear here.
