Rusa Island Dive Site in

Lembata

Sandwiched between the islands of Lembata and Pantar, this tiny island is often used as a stopover for Liveaboard service. Rusa is the Indonesian word for deer, but the island has no deer population.

Around the island, there are some remarkable dive sites. From pinnacles to coral reefs, it should not be missed from the itinerary. Soft and hard corals, as well as sea fans in vivid colors, are everywhere, while fish like angelfish, emperor fish, damsel fish, anthias, barracudas, and tuna are creating swift motions in the water. Mola-mola fish sometimes appear, adding the excitement of diving in the area.
